Two factor authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of protection to your accounts by requiring a second form of identification.

 

Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA)

1. In the top navigation bar, locate your name and click the drop-down arrow.

2. Select Account.

3. Under Password & security, click Turn on two-factor authentication

4. Enter your country code and mobile phone number, then click Send code.

5. When you receive the code, enter it and click Continue.

 

Enforce mandatory 2FA for all admins and employees

To make 2FA mandatory for everyone in your company, you'll need to enable your own 2FA first.

1. In the top navigation bar, locate your name and click the drop-down arrow.

2. Select Account.

3. Under Password & security, click Turn on two-factor authentication

4. Enter your country code and mobile phone number, then click Send code.

5. When you receive the code, enter it and click Continue.

6. Some additional options will appear. Next to Enforce for everyone, use the dropdown menu to select Yes.

1. In the top navigation bar, locate your name and click the drop-down arrow.

2. Select Account.

3. Under Password & security, click Turn off two-factor authentication
